Tuesday: 5pm (Upper Strengh) & 6pm (Hybrid)

Wednesday: 5am (Hybrid) & 6pm (Hybrid)

Thursday: 6pm (Lower Strength)

Friday: 5am (Full Body Strength) & 5pm (Hybrid)

Saturday: (No Classes)

Sunday: 7:30am (Hybrid)
